Section 8 Homeownership Program

Those in good standing with the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program may be eligible for the Section 8 Homeownership Program, which assists eligible first-time home buyers with monthly homeownership expenses instead of monthly rental assistance. For additional information, call 609-292-9025.

Mortgage Assistance Provided by the HMFA
