New Jersey American Water H2O Help to Others Program
This program assists with water bills for NJ American Water customers experiencing a temporary financial crisis. Households receive up to $500 in a revolving 36-month period.
Eligibility: Households must be NJ American Water customers experiencing a temporary financial crisis. The household's income must be at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level, and a payment of at least $100 must have been made within 90 days of the application.

New Jersey American Water Universal Affordability Discount Program
This program provides NJ American Water customers with tiered discounts ranging from 15% to 60% off monthly fixed water service charges.
Eligibility: Households must be NJ American Water customers with a household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.

AQUA Aid Program
The AQUA Aid Program assists AQUA New Jersey customers with water and/or sewer bills when experiencing a temporary financial crisis. Households can receive up to $150 for water service or up to $250 for combined water and sewer service in a revolving 12-month period.
Eligibility: Households must be AQUA New Jersey customers experiencing a temporary financial crisis. Households must have paid at least $1 within 90 days of the application date.

Veolia Cares Program
This program provides assistance with water bills for Veolia customers experiencing a temporary financial crisis. Assistance can be received once per calendar year.
Eligibility: Households must be Veolia customers experiencing a temporary financial crisis. Households must have paid at least $20 within 90 days of the application date.
