Families who are having trouble affording food or gifts this holiday season may find relief from local resources. The Salvation Army

The Salvation Army is also known for the assistance it provides at Christmas time. Call 1-800-SAL-ARMY to be directed to your local office and find out what is available in your area. 

Burlington County's Give a Christmas Program

The Burlington County Times has partnered with NJ 211 to assist with applications for their annual Give a Christmas Program over the last few years. From October to December, Burlington County residents can apply for financial assistance towards buying holiday gifts. To see if you are eligible and which documents you must send in, text GAC to 898-211 or dial 211.

If eligible, applicants will receive an amazon gift card.
