County Coordinated Entry for Homeless

Working in partnership with Continuums of Care with Morris County and Passaic County, we provide Coordinated Entry services via phone to streamline access to housing and support services for individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. In accordance with HUD guidelines, this service is locally designed to equitably prioritize households and provide connections to housing stability resources. These assessments are conducted Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Assessment information is input into a confidential and secure Homeless Management Information System.
