Senior Pass at Parks and Recreation Sites
A Lifetime Senior Pass is a lifetime entrance pass for US residents or permanent residents age 62 or older to federal recreation sites including national parks, monuments, historic sites, recreation areas, and national wildlife refuges.
It also provides the pass holder a 50 percent discount on some federal use fees charged for facilities and services such as parking, camping, boat launching, etc. In recreation areas that charge entrance fees by the carload, the Senior Pass admits the permit holder and accompanying persons in one private, noncommercial vehicle. This pass is currently priced at $80.
The Annual Senior Pass provides similar benefits but is only valid for one year for $20.
