Passaic County Coordinated Entry for Homeless

In partnership with the Passaic County, NJ 211 conducts phone and face-to-face intake assessments to identify the needs of individuals seeking assistance. NJ 211 provides initial referrals for essential services and resources. Additionally, NJ 211 captures intake data in the Homeless Management and Information System (HMIS) to maintain comprehensive records and improve service delivery.
