Help Me Grow

Help Me Grow is a free service that connects families and resources to provide early surveillance, screening, and detection for all children from birth through age eight. 

Through its system-wide approach, Help Me Grow: 

• Assists families by connecting them with medical homes, home visiting and other community programs, early intervention, early childhood education, and family support services. 
• Expands infant and child developmental and social-emotional screenings. 
• Connects pediatric and health care providers to community services for families of infants and young children in their care.
