How to Get Help
No Walk-ins. By Appointment Only.
Drop-off Service: Bring your tax documents, fill out required paperwork and sign consent form.
Virtual VITA: Gather all your tax documents and either photograph them or upload them to your smartphone or computer so they are available electronically. After you complete the intake form (13614), an appointment will be scheduled with one of our intake specialists.
